Dilpreet Dhanoa
Dilpreet is 24 years old. She did a History degree at University College London (UCL), and then went on to do a Senior Status LLB at the University of Kent. She is qualified at the Bar of England and Wales, and completed her LLM in International and Intellectual Property Law and Practice at the BPP Law School, and hopes to be able to practice in these areas of law eventually. She is currently on a scholarship working in Private International Law and Finance at UBS in New York.
She participated in her first university MUN at Harvard World MUN, followed by OxIMUN, then LIMUN – where she was awarded best delegate at all three. She subsequently moved to chairing – undertaking her first ever official role in an international conference at LIMUN 2009.
Dilpreet enjoys debating and mooting, and has participated both within her Inn (Lincoln’s Inn), and at international competitions. She enjoys reading, music and visiting museums/art galleries; alternatively a good hot chocolate and some friendly company often does just as well!
