Onur Gormez
Onur was born in Turkey; he is 23 years old and is currently a third year student at the Galatasaray University’s Faculty of Law in Istanbul. Onur will be serving as chair of NAC at TEIMUN 2010.
He loves debating and participating in MUNs; furthermore he is interested in cinema, sociology and international affairs/economy. He actually caught the “MUN virus” in 2008, having participated in three MUNs (Gimun, Teimun and Zagimun) and one MEU (Euroforum at Galatasaray University in Istanbul). However, 2008 wasn’t his first year of encounter with MUNs; he participated at Harvard MUN in 2005 while he was a student at Lycée de Galatasaray – to which he owes his fluent French. He chaired at Euroforum 2009 and Teimun 2010, and will also chair again at Euroforum 2010.
